Job Description:
Senior Architect/Project Manager, Community Design in their Philadelphia office. The successful candidate will be a talented and motivated professional interested in Community Planning and Design. This individual will lead multi-discipline teams from the design, documentation through construction stage resulting in the creation of sustainable, safe and livable urban neighborhoods. Position Requirements: MArch or BArch from an accredited university 7-10 years of experience leading multiple projects simultaneously Prior experience in planning & design for residential senior living communities desired. Previous experience leading a team of professionals Excellent design and contract documentation skills within housing/stick frame construction required Experience with AutoCAD 2002 and SketchUp and proficiency with Microsoft Office PowerPoint required. Experience with Freehand and/or Adobe Creative Suite a plus.
