Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the planning and design of justice related projects and will be highly effective in both resource and project team management. In conjunction with Studio Leadership, this individual will be responsible to grow the success of the Justice market through business development efforts and excellence in project execution for current clientele. Strong candidates will have proven leadership and interpersonal communication skills, display professional and personal maturity, and exhibit a stable work history that demonstrates the ability to make and keep commitments. Education/Registration/Experience: Bachelors degree in Architecture and a minimum of 10+ years experience in Justice projects, including correctional facilities, courthouses, and juvenile detention centers. Architectural license required Proven ability to successfully manage projects, clients, and key staff.
