Skilled in practical supervisory experience in a full range of architectural, architectural design, landscape or historical architecture projects, and associated support disciplines for the preservation of historic structures, repair/rehabilitation of existing facilities and the design and construction of new structures. 2. Skilled in procurement and contracting policies, practices and procedures as they relate to the construction industry and supervision of Contracting Officer\'s Technical Representatives contractors, architectural and engineering firms, Engineers, Engineers, Architects and Project Managers. 3. Knowledge of computerized, project management and tracking systems such as the Project Management Information System procedural requirements and prioritizing techniques, Computer Aided Design System as well as Microsoft Project and the Performance Management Data System and/or any similar government based, project management systems. 4. Ability to function effectively as a program manager, and communicate effectively, at different internal levels and external to a particular organization, orally. 5. Ability to function effectively as a program manager, and communicate effectively, at different internal levels and external to a particular organization in writing.
