Job Description:
Responsibilities Establishes and maintains effective governance over an IT project portfolio that is inter-departmental in nature and in excess of $20 million dollars including projects that are directly funded by IT and those covered by departmental budgets and delivered by Application Service Providers global stakeholder visibility to, and their support of, the Worldwide Channels IT portfolio.Actively manages the Worldwide Channels Quick Win process.Evaluates the inherent value and risk of programs in the IT portfolio. Understands the inherent value and risk of programs in Worldwide Channels IT portfolio relative to the other programs included in the broader Worldwide Sales IT portfolio.Reviews existing work against potential new work. Manages a dynamic program pipeline.Aligns and prioritizes programs with strategic objectives by working closely with management.Participates in estimation of resource capacity against resource demand as a part of the Channels Launch process, and works with both the business and IT to allocate appropriate resources to programs.Aligns resources with Ciscos and organizations strategy initiatives, key performance indicators, and current business conditions.Integrates the portfolio management process with other business processes, especially the Channels Launch process.Collaborates with cross-functional management to ensure effective governance for all project requests, scope changes, escalations, and related project input.
