This position is with an engineering design firm for commercial and industrial projects. The Project Manager will be responsible for supervising projects related to HVAC, mechanical and electrical engineering. Duties include: participating in the preparation of proposals and presentations to clients; calculating costs and time schedules; selecting project teams; assigning and scheduling team members; checking technical work for accuracy and developing the technical competence of team members; approving change orders; making recommendations to clients; and monitoring the work of subcontractors.
