Job Description:
Responsibilities: Establish a project plan and schedule between clients, company technical and project personnel using PMI methodology Develop and maintain detailed project scope statements and work breakdown schedules for projects in Microsoft Project, or other client-required software Oversee financial reporting to the division for all projects assigned to position, meeting defined budget goals, and complete project budget forms for bookings Meet with clients, and coordinate with our business development staff to develop ongoing programs, and proposal statements of work for additional services Prepare and input monthly backlog projections into financial accounting system. Review and ensure completion of accounting functions to include billing, accounts receivables, work in progress and project closeouts Manage and lead diverse project team including technical, administrative personnel; manage and coordinate subcontractors Assure PMI delivery processes and procedures are followed including technical standards, client and division-specific.
