Job Description:
Assist tax manager with tax research and compliance functions
• Assist with developing and implementing revenue generating concepts
• Prepare and review tax returns (individual, corporate, partnership, etc.)
• Assures compliance with federal, state and local tax laws and regulations
• Conducts research and planning according to applicable tax laws and regulations
• Prepare sales tax audits, annual tax forms, projections and tax noticees
• Minimizes tax liability through sound and informed application of laws and regulations
• Maintains tax records, related schedules and related reports

Job Requirements:
Must have a CPA and prior experience working for a CPA Firm
