CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER Tropical Texas Behavioral Health, the dynamic and growing Community Center for the Rio Grande Valley, is seeking a qualified CFO to oversee an annual budget of $3Firm million and supervise the Accounting, Billing, Contracts, Purchasing, Information Services and Facilities/ Maintenance Departments. Requirements include graduation from an accredited college/university with a bachelor's in accounting, finance, business or management. Applicants must have ten years total experience in finance/accounting, with five years of progressively responsible management experience. Two or more years as a CFO/related position preferred. Must have five years experience in a healthcare setting. Preference given to candidates with CPA certification and/or experience/knowledge in a similar structured organization managing large budgets, Medicaid/Medicare funding, experience with budgeting and/or contracting processes. Under the direction of the Chief Executive Officer, the will be responsible for complex administrative duties exclusive to fiscal operations. Work includes preparation/presentation of financial analysis reports (expenditure patterns, budget projections, etc), establishing, maintaining, and/or supervising accounting systems, procedures and controls; and preparation of agency budgets.
