The Controller is responsible for monthly closing activities/reports and financial statement preparation for all business units; budgeting and forecasting process; analyzing key financial information and providing improvement plans; preparation of annual external audits and quarterly bank compliance requirements; and supervision of 3 staff accountants. The Controller will travel overseas 2-3 times a year. Skills: The ideal candidate will have a BA in Accounting and five or more years of experience, with emphasis on experience in a manufacturing environment. The candidate must have supervisory experience within the accounting department with the ability to analyze and digest complex financial transactions. The candidate will have excellent directing, interpersonal, and goal-setting skills.
