Various scorecards and dashboards currently exist and need to be maintained to further promote and support the Measures of Success metrics program for the Worldwide Law department 3Firm% Champion process improvements and Business Excellence principles as it relates to the enabling processes within the organization. Review and assess current processes, make process improvement recommendations, and lead the implementation of approved recommendations. Initiate benchmarking related to process improvement.
