Job Description:
Our client is in need of a Financial Reporting Manager in the consolidated parent company level of an international business. Responsibilities will include: 1). Completion and delivery of required financial reporting deliverables to parent company 2). completion of ad hoc requests surrounding US actuals 3). work with members of each business unit's local finance team to ensure requirements are understood and to improve on the accuracy of reporting delivered to parent company. 4). work with parent company reporting team to fully understand financial reporting requests, including providing continuous improvement suggestions to parent company reporting team 5). review of international business units inputs into parent company quarterly and annual filings, including coordination of assembling consolidated international comments on the draft of the 1FirmQ and 1FirmK 6). work with parent company to enhance processes surrounding inter-company elimination, consolidation, and foreign currency translation entries, in accordance with enterprise control requirements. The following are mandatory requirements: CPA, financial services industry experience, and financial reporting experience.
