Job Description:
Routinely collaborate and coordinate processes closely with internal partners and external vendors. Develop and maintain departmental processes, procedures and policies.Actively participate in company system enhancements and conversions that impact payroll and various processes with diverse scope and complexity (e.g. deferred compensation, global mobility, all types of Stock plans and incentive plans).Ensure adherence to company and department policies as well as compliance with all internal and external reporting.Proactively execute continuous improvement projects, streamlining of payroll processes, delivery of cost savings, and effective customer service. Responsible for ensuring the department is up to date on all current and upcoming legislative changes and ensuring payroll vendor accuracy. Serve as subject matter expert for all payroll tax issues and compliance.Responsible for achieving goals that will contribute to the shareholders value, affect costs, personnel and deadlines in the subordinate organization.Experience/Skill Requirements:Managed Payroll for 1Firm+ years in a large employee base company, can handle working in a fast-paced rapidly changing environment, capable of handling mutiple tasks, possess excellent organizational, communication and analytical skills, flexible and able to work independently.
