The successful candidate will have 6+ years experience from a public accounting firm, previous tax experience and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. Responsibilities include assisting the corporate treasury; managing bank account access for assisting with reducing bank accounts; assisting with corporate tax preparation and filing; preparing corporate tax package; preparing and filing franchise tax and other returns; processing federal and state tax payments; assisting with eliminating legal entities; record retention coordination;; annual property tax reports; managing tax sales audits. Skills: Requirements for this position are: 6+ years experience from a public accounting firm, and previous tax experience; a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; CPA preferred. Excellent written and oral communication skills; proficiency in Excel. Must be detail oriented, with excellent communication and analytical skills.
