Our client, a well established, growing Regional CPA firm with over 1FirmFirm employees and a reputation for offering a better balance between work and outside life, is looking to hire an experienced Tax Associate to their team. The Tax Associate should be coming from a public accounting firm currently, and preferably have completed their hours requirement for the CPA. This firm will offer local client base, virtually no travel, excellent benefits and a fun, dynamic working environment. Public Accounting is hard work, but this firm is committed to their employees by offering growth opportunity, challenge, learning, training and little perks that make working here enjoyable. The Tax Associate will be paid competitively and offered bonus potential too. A Bachelors Degree in Accounting with 1+ years in a public accounting environment either in audit or tax is required. Ideally the candidate will have completed their 15Firm hour requirement for the CPA. Any experience servicing high net worth tax clients or real estate partnerships is a plus.
