Job Description:
We are in a high growth mode and are adding this manager to help build a streamlined treasury function. This manager will focus on our multi-bank credit agreements, including the preparation of monthly covenant compliance certificates, daily borrowing requests and weekly borrowing based certificates. Your role will be to advising our international operating companies on process improvements and how to sustain optimal working capital levels. Develop and manage a cash forecasting process which analyzes historical trends to accurately predict future movements and identify improvement opportunities. Analyze, document and flowchart financial systems across the company with the goal of identifying best practices. Occasional travel to our facilities is required. Candidates will be interviewed for this job that have at least 5 years in a finance role specifically focused on cash management, treasury analysis, debt facility and covenant tracking. A CPA, MBA, or CTP is ideal.
