Job Description Firm is currently seeking a manager for our Landscape Architecture Department. The department manager will perform landscape architecture and land planning on residential, commercial, office, industrial, and mixed-use developments during feasibility and land planning stages of projects. Job will require close collaboration with civil engineers and clients, and management of other landscape architects. Qualifications Requirements include: professionally licensed; 8 - 12 years of progressively responsible landscape architecture and land planning experience with most of this experience working on residential, commercial, office, industrial, and mixed-use projects; has worked in close collaboration with civil engineers for at least half of his/her career; has a minimum of four years of experience managing landscape architects during feasibility and land planning stages of projects; has experience with client contact; and has a minimum of two years of regular AutoCAD use.
