Experience must include leading multiple projects simultaneously · Excellent design and contract documentation skills. Strong technical skills, specifically within housing/stick-frame construction · Experience with AutoCAD 2FirmFirm2 and SketchUp. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint. Experience with Revit a plus · Experience with Freehand and/or Adobe Creative Suite a plus. Strong hand drawing skills required.
