Architects who assist private and public clients envision smarter development patterns, revitalize neighborhoods, forge new communities, integrate and reinforce open space systems, and design site - specific landscapes and buildings has an immediate opportunity for a Senior Architect/Project Manager, Community Design in their Philadelphia office. The successful candidate will be a talented and motivated professional interested in Community Planning and Design. This individual will lead multi-discipline teams from the design, documentation through construction stage resulting in the creation of sustainable, safe and livable urban neighborhoods. Position Requirements: MArch or BArch from an accredited university 7-1Firm years of experience leading multiple projects simultaneously Prior experience in planning & design for residential senior living communities desired. Previous experience leading a team of professionals Excellent design and contract documentation skills within housing/stick frame construction required Experience with AutoCAD 2FirmFirm2 and and proficiency with Microsoft Office PowerPoint required. Experience with Freehand and/or Adobe Creative Suite a plus. Licensure required accreditation desirable Commitment to urban community design, housing and sustainable design An excellent Compensation/Benefit package will be offered to the successful candidate.
