Job Description:
RESPONSIBILITIES: Adhere to all AutoNation F&I policies and procedures Adhere to all state and federal laws and regulations as they apply to F&I Maintain an efficient workflow of all finance office processes Adhere to AutoNation\'s F&I Interview/Menu Selling Process Contract deals Maintain proper lender mix including Captives and Preferred Lenders Adhere to Approved Product and Product Pricing Guidelines Maximize all insurance product profits and penetration Log all deliveries accurately and in a timely manner Maintain chargebacks at an acceptable level Assist sales teams in following up with non-delivered sold units Verify lien payoff balances and automotive insurance policies Verify all customer signatures Copy all non-prime documents to maintain in the Deal Jacket Verify customer vehicle deposit receipts in house at delivery Assist the sales team in structuring deals Required Experience: Ideal candidate will have: Ability to operate personal computers including Microsoft E-mail and Word Ability to train store associates Valid Driver\'s License Three to five years automotive finance and insurance experience Banking, mortgage or retail credit experience Required Education: High school diploma or equivalent College Education or equivalent work experience Compensation: We offer competitive pay, health, dental, life, and disability insurance, 4Firm1(k) program, paid vacation, Employee Vehicle Purchase Program, professional working environment, job specific training and fantastic advancement opportunities.
