Responsibilities: Overall management responsibility for branch personnel. Develop and maintain small business customer relationships. Identify and refer customers to investment services, mortgage, trust/private banking and commercial banking. Also expected to promote Regions through involvement in local community and civic organizations. Requirements: Broad knowledge of bank products, policies and procedures. Must possess good management and coaching skills. Working knowledge of credit products and procedures to successfully utilize credit authority. Minimum 2-4 years sales management experience in a financial environment. Life insurance licenses preferred. May be required to obtain life insurance licenses after 6 months. Education: High school graduate or equivalent required. College degree in business field or equivalent work experience..
