Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES: Serves as primary point of contact between the Complex, the Home Office, and the Regional Office. Communicates the firms vision and initiatives. Provides input into firm initiatives. Recruits new Financial Advisors. Leads productivity activities for the Complex. Assists in mentoring, coaching and training Financial Advisors and Resident Branch Managers. Monitors the production of the Complex. Manages profit and loss statements for the Complex, creates and manages the budget and develops the business plan. Reviews and approves all primary branch transaction activity. Ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements for the Complex. May delegate daily reviews and approvals to Operations Manager and or Compliance Manager. Ensures that escalated administrative and operational issues with the Complex offices are resolved promptly. Completes performance appraisals for direct reports, conducts periodic formal and informal individual performance discussions. Provides input and management of scorecards for each branch in the Complex.
