Job Description:
Position: We are seeking candidates for our Construction Engineer position with an MS degree in Civil Engineering or a related field with 2+ years experience in the construction field and proficiency in AutoCAD. Job duties include cost engineering tasks, coordinating daily construction activities, contractor requests for information and change orders, reviewing construction reports and documents, developing and managing database of construction unit prices, performing cost justification and project controls, managing building permit process, performing value engineering, plus contractor/engineer/owner mediation and negotiation.Compensation: Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience.
