Job Description:

Under general supervision of the Engineering Manager, the Sr. Project Manager is responsible for planning, design and construction management for the District\'s Capital Improvement Projects and performs a variety of professional engineering tasks. This class provides functional supervision to professional and technical engineering staff, as well as to consultants and professional service firms; provides project management services and coordinates the design and construction of District facilities. NOTES: Local Residents Preferred (No Relo) Requirements A Bachelor\'s degree from a four ťyear college or university with major coursework in civil engineering or a related field. At least five (5) years of increasingly responsible professional engineering experience, preferably in water and wastewater engineering and a minimum of four (4) years project management and supervisory experience required; or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
