Job Description:
Responsibilities will include coordination of the work of staff engineers, designers/draft persons and sub consultants throughout the project\'s execution to include the development of the initial project design concept, development of a project work plan (including identification of staffing/resource requirements and the preparation of project budget and schedule), execution of project design (management of resources within the constraints of the project budget and schedule) and providing bid and construction phase engineering service support. Maintain regular and proactive communication with clientele and project team members. Exhibit initiative and independence throughout the execution of these job functions. Requirements Required: Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. Licensed as a Civil Engineer in the State of Arizona. A strong Arizona project resume, including expertise in at least two of the three focus areas noted above, in Essential Functions. Strong communication skills Preferred: Attention to growth of new business opportunities and development of client relationships, as well as the maintenance of existing client relationships, are strongly encouraged for this position.
