Job Description:
May be involved with the production and coordination of several projects concurrently. Coordinates and adjusts the work effort with the team throughout the entire course of each project to ensure that the work is completed within the parameters of the approved scope and schedule. Conducts design development and contract document work sessions in conjunction with client, technical professionals, and other agencies and utilities. Establishes client relations, and is involved with marketing, contractual, design, and production meetings. Participates in reviews with various governing agencies for code compliance. Works with the Business Manager or Project Controller and the Department Manager for project reviews and with company management on an as needed basis. Responsible for implementing QA/QC procedures. Typically supervises large project staffs and acts as a mentor for less experienced hiring managers Requirements Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline, P.E. license, and 1Firm+ years experience managing transit related projects.
