Description We are currently seeking a Storm Water Department Manager to lead a team of engineers and designers on hydrology / hydraulic studies and analysis using a variety of specialized software such as two dimensional flow analysis, and scour and bank protection design. Responsibilities also include writing proposals and technical specifications, overseeing budgets and schedules, and staff mentoring and development. Projects may also include involvement in the design of hydraulic structures. Requirements The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in hydrological studies, professional registration, and 12+ years of storm water design experience and a proven track record of performance and team management skills, as well as the desire to become a leader in the Company and in the professional community.
