SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Qualified candidates for this position must show in their resume that they have training or experience in the following areas: (1) Knowledge and ability to oversee assigned supervision and inspection functions pertaining to civil/military construction programs which includes construction projects of a very complex nature which is disbursed over a wide geographical area. (2) Knowledge and ability to review of plans and specifications for construction feasibility. (3) Knowledge and ability to review construction plans and other matters relating to contract performance.
