Job Duties: Shall coordinate and manage lighting, controls, mechanical and electrical sub-contractors. Will develop and administer subcontracts. Will manage the coordination of daily construction activity, construction planning, progress meetings and ability to document and communicate significant events and change orders. If assigned to a development team will coordinate with the engineering group and provide pricing for the energy conservation measures being considered. Will develop pricing using vendor and subcontractor input and various estimating tools and review energy savings projects at major governmental, commercial and industrial facilities will be required. May be assigned to manage one or more project and assist on one or more development projects. Initial Assignment: Qualifications: Requires a minimum of five years military experience or college degree. Five years experience in construction management including budgeting, willingness to travel spending in excess of 5Firm% of time at remote project sites, and computer skills in word-processing and spreadsheets (Word and Excel). Working knowledge of scheduling software (Microsoft Project) is required.
