Job Requirements: Bachelors Degree Required
Ø BLS required or eligible
Ø Oregon Occupational Therapy license required or eligible
Ø Minimum of Bachelor of Science, Masters degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy from an institution accredited by the AOTA, offering training in this specialty, including a supervised clinical internship
