Job Description:
My client, a young and dynamic international Entrepreneur featured in various Business magazines and publications around the world is in immediate need of a Multilingual Business Research Analyst/Project Manager with proven international experience.
SNAPSHOT:
After several successful Business ventures in Las Vegas, New York and Miami within the Entertainment and Hospitality Industries, my client is now in the preliminary stages of building a multi-million dollar next-generation 5-star international Entertainment Company.
PROJECT SCOPE:
As part of the newly created Research team, the candidate will work hand-to-hand with my client elaborating a high-level COMPARATIVE BUSINESS ANALYSIS that will encompass the best-of-breed international Entertainment Venues including Mega-Night Clubs, 5 Star Restaurants and Concert Halls/Arenas. During this project (estimated at 6-9 months total time) the candidate will visit 20+ major cities around the world including destinations in Europe, Asia and Latin America.
The analysis will focus primarily on the following areas: Operations, Finances, Profitability, Demographics and overall F&B experience but will touch on additional business aspects as requested by my client.
Job Requirements:
Superb multilingual communications skills. MUST SPEAK, READ AND WRITE English and French at a business level PLUS another major language (such as German, Dutch, Italian or similar). Knowledge of my client's native language (Spanish) would be a HUGE plus but it's NOT required
Ability to translate between spoken languages with fluency and accuracy, conducting meetings and presentations for foreign audiences
Excellent presence and presentation skills is mandatory since the candidate will be dealing with high-level Icons of the Entertainment, Fashion and Hospitality industries
Must be able to travel 100% of the time during this project. Must have and provide proof of a valid passport as well as the ability to obtain visas as needed
Ability to pass an extensive background check during the interview process (no criminal record, verifiable references, accurate work history, etc)
Minimum of a 4 year degree in any Business-related field from an accredited Institution. MBA or PhD highly preferred. Hospitality/Entertainment background a BIG plus
