Job Description:
We have a CONFIDENTIAL search for a Western Regional Sales Manager for the Western region. We will divulge the company only after approval from our client. This is a bearing manufacturer of large industrial, defense, and aerospace bearings.

You will be responsible for existing customers and building new customers with your sales team of at least 4 Sales Reps.

Job Requirements:
* Must have 7-10 years of industrial bearing sales
* Living in Southern California a HUGE PLUS (will consider living within California)
* Managerial experience is mandatory
