A successful Collections Associate is responsible for reaching out to customers of our credit card or our Mortgage divisions who have fallen 30-60 days behind on their bills. The objective is to partner with our client to create a payment plan that is fair and reasonable. Collections will require a strong desire to assist customers. Must have good listening skills and have the ability to propose plans to benefit both the customer and Citi.
Positions will require the ability to work nights.
