Job Description:
Responsible to:
Supervise employees, schedule appointments, patient histories, phlebotomy, assist physician in minor procedures, verification of insurance's, referrals, insurance billing, order medical and administrative supplies and manage physician schedules.
Skills:
A.Proficient in all phases of back office and laboratory work; cross trained to manage front desk responsibilities.
B.Office management experience leading a staff of 4.
C.Strong documentation skills with focus on insuring accuracy.
D.Establish excellent rapport with patients and staff.
E.Administrative experience including scheduling, admissions, charting, filing, power chart, data entry, switchboard and other documentation.
F.Obtain, store, and dispose of supplies for exam rooms.
G.Maintain sanitary and safety conditions of rooms in compliance with HIPPA laws and JACHO regulations.
