Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated professional to provide health education to a diverse patient population.
- This position exists to facilitate clinically-based educational opportunities and training.
- This position is dedicated to continuous pursuit of exemplary customer satisfaction.
- The position will support the client engagement process by initiating telephone contact with targeted participants in order to welcome them into the program, to set expectations related to program services and refer participant issues to the appropriate department resource.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
- Unrestricted PA RN license.
- Understanding of managed care principles
- Ability to speak fluent Spanish
To be successful in this role you must be detail oriented. You must be customer service focused as customers are critical to the success of the company. You must have strong leadership, motivation, and organizational skills. Lastly, strong computer skills are a must!
