Job Description:
Position requires a Degree or Education in Health Care. Must have one year experience as an Intake Coordinator with documetation, writing and phone skills. Must be organized and able to multi-task in all aspects of the home health care agency. Will be responsible for scheduling and management of staff and client cases, while maintaining appropriate records. Must be self motivated and able to resolve problems. Must be able to do on-call phone service week nights and weekends.
