Job Description:
ATK Inc. is looking for a Program Manager to work at our Rocket Center, WVA facility. The incumbent will be responsible for the overall program management responsibilities to include P&L, Program Execution, Scheduling, Technical Excellence, Safety, Planning, Continuous Improvement, and customer satisfaction. Will interface directly with customers both within ATK and outside prime customers. Will manage programs using IPT structure and direct involvement with Operational groups. Will develop strategies to grow existing programs and work closely with Business Development to capture new business. Will lead and/or assist in the proposal process. Will review and approve contracts. Will select and manage suppliers and subcontracts. Will conduct make-buy decisions. The program manage may be required to temporarily serve as the deputy program manager to assist Senior Program Managers. Must be experienced in the use of Microsoft Project and Master Scheduling.
B.S. in Business or Science or Technical. 3 to 5 years program management experience. P&L responsibility. Master Scheduling. Able to obtain a DoD Secret security clearance.
