Job Description:
Position #1 (Location: Poway)
Live In Care Provider/ Roommate to care for a 26 year old female diagnosed with the condition of Cerebral Palsy. She is wheelchair bound, but transfers with a walker. She currently lives in Poway in a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment. This individual is seeking females only, between the ages of 22-33. Rent: Comes out of paycheck at $242.00 each month. Live-in is provided with own bedroom and own bathroom.
Live In work schedule is as follows: Sun 9pm - 8am Mon, Mon 4pm - 8am Tues, Tues 4pm – 8am Wed, Wed, 4pm-8am Thurs, Thurs 4pm-8am Fri, Fri 4pm-9pm. Between the hours of 8am-4pm is time off. When live in Staff is off, they are free to come and go as they please. Some lifting is involved, cooking, cleaning, writing in the case log, and personal hygiene will be done for the client, and helping client achieve personal goals.
Position #2 (Location: SDSU area)
Part time Live In Care provider. This female client also diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy and in a wheelchair lives in a two bedroom apt. She needs two care providers to work one week on and one week off alternating weeks with each other as Live-in supports. Males and females welcome to apply. There is an extra bedroom for the live in staff to sleep in while on their shift. Some cooking, cleaning, writing in the case log, and personal hygiene will be done for the client, and helping client achieve personal goals.
Live In work schedule is as follows: Sun 9pm - 8am Mon, Mon 4pm - 8am Tues, Tues 4pm – 8am Wed, Wed, 4pm-8am Thurs, Thurs 4pm-8am Fri, Fri 4pm-9pm. Between the hours of 8am-4pm is time off.
Position #3 (Location: Near Chargers Stadium)
Weekend Staff position: This male client diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy needs a support staff to help him on alternating weekends with another support staff. Males and Females welcome to apply. This position is one weekend on and one weekend off. Each shift is 48 hours straight from 9pm Friday night to 9pm Sunday night. While on shift some cooking, cleaning, writing in the case log, and personal hygiene will be done for the client, and helping client achieve personal goals.

Job Requirements:
Community Integration Network is seeking highly motivated individuals to come work with some of our clients. We currently have 3 positions available.
*Requirements for all positions*
- Valid DL, Auto Ins., SS card, clean record
-Minimum 1 year of experience working with adults with
developmental disabilities or related experience.
-Minimum of High School Diploma/GED.
-CPR/First Aide,
-Must agree to extensive background checks.
Two paychecks each month.
Compensation for all positions: $8/hour for every hour worked including sleep time.
Benefits and Insurance offered after 90 days full time.
