Job Description:
Answer incoming calls, return calls to customers, collect borrower financial information, analyze the best possible option for curing defaults. Work within investor guidelines, negotiate with borrowers, investor representatives, real estate agents and other borrower representatives to obtain the best option for CMI. Input information into various systems for approval and completion of cases, Citilink, DRI, Investor Systems.

Job Requirements:
· Requires excellent communication skills and ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
· Heavy phone usage, good negotiation skills and a knowledge of default / loss mitigation.
· Good mathematical and analysis skills.
· Knowledge of investor requirements is a plus.
· Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook required.
· Experience with Citilink and DRI would be a plus.
· 2-3 years mortgage experience preferred.
· Previous loss mitigation/collections experience preferred.
· High School / GED required.
