Job Description:
· Loss Mitigation Collector will be responsible for collecting on and managing assigned monthly ownership / tabbing lists of active and unsecured liens.
· Reps will collect, manage and review accounts and initiate loss mitigation options to assist customers.
· Reps will collect and follow-up on active accounts within ownership for loss mitigation solicitation with customer or customer’s attorney, or realtor to work towards cure option.
· Reps will also conduct Workable Solutions financial review with customer and forward the results to the loss mitigation area for processing of cure options.
· Reps need to actively research and skip trace on no-contact accounts. Reps will be taking inbound calls from customers, attorneys, and real estate agents.

Job Requirements:
· This position requires great attention to detail as well as excellent analytical and communication skills. HS Diploma or Equivalent required.
· Well-rounded experience in collections, loss mitigation, foreclosure, and/or bankruptcy.
· Solid knowledge of back end mortgage servicing platform.
· Applicant should have a desire to accept increased responsibilities and have a working knowledge of Citilink, CACS / Custom, MS Word, Outlook, and Excel Spreadsheets.
· Should be familiar with skip tracing procedures on systems such as Filenet and web-based service Nexis Lexis.
· Reps are eligible for monthly incentive compensation
