Job Description:
Collect and analyze data on customer preferences and needs to identify potential markets and factors affecting service demand. Prepare reports of findings, forecast and track marketing and sales trends, analyze collected data, seek and provide information to help Rapid Freight determine its position in the marketplace. Gather information on competitors, including prices, sales, and methods of marketing and distribution. Use the survey results to assist the effort of creating marketing campaigns. Measure the effectiveness of marketing, advertising, and communications programs. Conduct research on consumer opinions and marketing strategies. Attend staff conferences to provide management with information and proposals concerning the promotion, distribution, and pricing of company services. Review Chinese manufactures’ export plans to allocate appropriate services and determine costs.
