Job Description: Responsibilities will include managing the creation of short and long term strategic business plans to guide product brand development to assure synergy within aftermarket channels of Denso Brand, National Accounts, HD sales and Coman products. Analyzing market intelligence reports to manage plan implementation and adjust as needed. Supporting New Product Development efforts to meet target market requirements and long term sales goals. Presenting to Executive Management, both locally and at DNJP, branding, products, pricing and channel strategies to facilitate the understanding of new business models. Monitoring resource requirements, implementation plans and profitability. Dedicating time to mentoring associates. Preparing budgets and monitoring expenses. Preparing, executing and monitoring annual Goals and Objectives. Completing Sales and Executive Management’s request.
Job Requirements: Qualified candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree with 10-15 years Automotive Industry experience. Must be proficient in MS Office Applications, Lotus Notes, and AS400.
