Job Description:
Qualified candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree with 5-7 years experience in Automotive Aftermarket Retail Sales. Must be proficient in MS Office Applications.

Job Requirements:
Responsibilities will include development sales activity to obtain new national account business with NAPA. Analyzing customer needs, pricing and profitability. Creating business proposals and presentations to present to potential customers. Supporting existing NAPA business. Analyzing sales history, fill rates, pricing comparisons to meet NAPA requirement to retain and grow our existing business. Instructing and coordinating Manufacturer Representatives activities to maximize DENSO effectiveness and exposure with NAPA. Developing departmental procedures, structure and plan for NAPA’s required administrative and sales support activities. Creating monthly sales and variance reports, tracking and verifying monthly budget charges as they relate to NAPA. Preparing monthly forecasts. Coordinating marketing, tradeshow and advertising activities between internal departments and NAPA. Leading the development of annual and revised sales plans, as well as annual and revised budgets as they relate to NAPA.
