Job Description:
Responsibilities will include directing the operations of the Automotive OES Department to achieve sales goals. Developing and directing sales programs for assigned automotive products. Supervising the development of short and long term sales plans. Developing sales objectives for the assigned automotive products and markets. Maintaining and developing relationships with key people of various Automotive OES customer bases to ensure our products, sales programs and services meet the customer’s expectations. Supervising all administrative duties of the department such as creating and tracking budgets, and ensuring all forecasts and sales reports are completed in a timely manner. Monitoring the success of sales promotion programs by area. Providing support to staff through supervision of activities, assisting in communication with other DENSO affiliates, and creating developmental plans for staff members.
Job Requirements:
Qualified candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree with 10-15 years OES Sales Management experience.Must be proficient in MS Office Applications.
