Job Description:
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for 100% attainment of their annual goals and sales plans. They are expected to lead Sales Representatives to achieve targeted sales volume, profitability, and customer service and satisfaction goals. Further, they are responsible for recruiting and hiring top sales talent; implementing a targeted prospecting plan; training and coaching; coordinating with Director of Sales for transition of new accounts; and building positive working relationships with the sales team, new and established customers, and local business leaders. The Regional Sales Manager is accountable to the Director of Sales.
Job Requirements:
Persuasive communications, presentation, and sales skills. Excellent analytical and reasoning skills. Strong skills in building and developing a team; Ability to lead in closing key sales. Strong team building and motivational abilities; Coaching and developing sales representatives; Action-oriented and motivated to move expeditiously to achieve aggressive sales goals through people; Effectively lead and facilitate business meetings.
