We have been retained by our client in their search for an Office Manager for a not for profit organization. This is a temp to permanent position located in Troy, NY. Salary is $30-32,000/year—with potential for a salary increase once made a permanent employee.
Seeking candidates who are self-starters and who thrive in fast paced environments. Must be able to multitask and have the ability to work with various departments on high priority projects.
Position summary:
Responsibilities include overseeing the operations of a busy office, supervising administrative staff and providing support for all departments within the office.
This is a new position for the organization where someone will have the opportunity to really make this position their own.
Requirements:
3-5 years of administrative experience Previous supervisory experience Associate’s degree required, bachelor’s degree preferred Must be proficient in Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint—other databases will be taught Must have strong organizational and communication skills
