Job Description: The manager is responsible for the successful day-to-day operations of the department, and reports to the Human Resources Center Director. Responsibilities include: Management of eight direct reports including Members of Laboratory Staff, Administrative Staff, Limited Term employees and Contractors, implementation and revisions of Management and Leadership curricula, execution of Talent Management and Organizational Development deliverables, partnership with Lockheed Martin Corporation complementary functions, assignment of work to ensure milestones and project commitments are met, mentoring and coaching staff, serving as a resource for talent management, instructional design, classroom delivery, organization development, consulting, ongoing interface with a broad base of Sandia customers and various levels of management, being a staff resource for leadership learning and development processes and activities, and special assignments, as required.
