Job Description: This individual shall be able to quickly establish personal credibility among members, Corporate VP International and business unit heads in Latin America to lead initiatives related to comp & benefit, organizational design, succession planning, leadership & team development and talent hiring/recruiting and retention strategies. - This individual shall be engaged in audit/assessment for Latin America to ensure rules and policies in place are aligned with related local laws and the company polices to diminish risk of compliance issues. (initial 6-9 months goal). HR representative for ad hoc projects involving International Division. - This individual shall take part in India Project to work on HR issues such as organization design, hiring/recruiting talent and expat assignment coordination. Description. - Through effective consultation, provides value-added support to the line clients to educate, resolve conflicts, provide guidance, identify alternatives and ensure compliance with legal and the company policy. - Implement, revise and monitor compensation and benefits programs including incentive programs that shall effectively support the recruiting/hiring and retention efforts. - All activities support and reinforce the Company's value systems.
