DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:1.Support Regional Enterprise Recruiting Managers in formulating a regional strategy that highlights the use of: market analysis, advertising needs, resource allocation, and tactical execution to meet all hiring needs.2.Accountable for sourcing, and recruiting activities to include but not limited to; Establishing and maintaining relationships by Working with Military Bases, Employment offices, Truck driving schools, Technical Colleges and Universities, Conducting job fairs and seminars, network with ethnic organizations, trade shows (Truck shows) and other viable recruiting sources.3.Enterprise recruiting manager will support hiring for all enterprise recruiting needs to include leadership, administrative mechanic and drivers. 4.Understand regional market: Will include, but is not limited to local demographics, competitor data, recruiting costs, and timeline for providing candidates. Enterprise recruiting manager may participate in the new business startup process, providing input regarding the potential for and timeline for supplying needed staffing.5.Periodic updates and continued networking with organizational leadership 6.Respond to a ever-changing and wide variety of business requirements 7.Position will be required to support needs for enterprise.8.Travel expectations and hours: 5Firm%-75% travel and irregular hours.
