The primary function of the HR Manager will be to plan, organize and direct the HR organization for Smith Completions U.S. Region by providing superior service to our clients through effectively and efficiently managing all aspects, (business consultation, salary and compensation, workforce planning, and talent management - training & development and performance management), of the HR functions. Primary job duties are as follows: Manage the day to day HR administrative, (tactical), activities according to established policies and procedures for Smith Completions in the United States; Cultivate a strategic partnership with all levels of supervision/management so as to be viewed as an essential business partner; Manage the HR function, to include Policy and Prodecures, Employee Relations, Workforce Planning, Performance Management, Contingent Work Management and generating reports requested by management. This position will report directly to the Vice President of Human Resources - Smith Completion & Production and will report functionally to the Regional Manager of Smith Completions for the United States Operations.
