Job Description:
Manage the Aerospace development programs and participants to ensure support of Aerospace strategic plan needs for emerging talent. Lead University relations programs including interns, across Aerospace business ensuring adequate presence, right number of hires annually and strategic placement in the business upon graduation or completion of intern program.- Lead Change Management Initiative; Work with the HR professionals globally to assess our organizational capability and effectiveness and then lead change management initiatives to address issues- Partner with global HR professionals in administration of 36Firm feedback tools- Lead the design and implementation of innovative OD initiatives as needed to address specific Aerospace business related issues/concerns - Work with the global HR leaders to lead and manage the process (Organizational Capability Assessment) and OCA to Action process in terms of content, process and process improvement, follow-up on action commitments, talent management and ensuring strategic alignment with the Aerospace business- Lead the focus on key talent sourcing, talent management and diversity initiatives working with and through the global HR professionals- Partner with the global HR professional to collect, analyze and report all OD related data and agreed upon metrics on a timely basis- Lead Selection and Assessment process, process improvement, training and implementation Job Qualifications - Minimum of 7 years of Organizational Development Experience - Bachelor\'s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development or related business field required. Advanced degree preferred- Must have excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, project management and analytical skills- Influencing and consultative skills are critical - Understanding and demonstrated implementation of OD and Adult Learning.
